Plan a Standing Date With Yourself...

I don't know about you but I can be a bit of a workaholic sometimes...ok, all the time... 


With all the things that I make a priority in business, I end up forgetting about one of the most important ones - me! 

I end up neglecting myself without realizing that, without me, nothing would be possible around me. 


I forget the importance that keeping myself healthy both physically and mentally will only improve my work and my longevity in life!


We all deserve a break, but some of us may not be taking them often enough! 


So, plan a standing date with yourself!


Whatever it is that you enjoy doing, make time for it at least once a week. Schedule it in and book around it, this is YOU time! 


If you love a good game of golf, curling up with a good book or having a drink out with friends, do it! Wind down, clear your mind, reset. Doing so can actually improve your focus and make you more productive!


It's ok to put yourself first sometimes and give yourself some well-deserved appreciation for all the hard work you do. We can all use a reminder from time to time, so, consider yourself, reminded...
