Are You Living Your Passion?

Have you ever asked yourself what it is you actually get up for in the morning? Are you excited to get your day started as you head into work or does it seem more like an obligation?

What made you select the career path you're on? Did you fall into it, study to apply for it or work hard from the ground up to get where you are?

Have you ever asked yourself, does this make me truly happy? Am I living my passion!?

A lot of us don't stop to really think about this question. We chose a path based on what our families may have pushed us towards or what seemed like a nice title or steady pay cheque.

For some people, living their passion may not seem like a viable option, maybe being an abstract painter just wouldn't pay the bills or going to school for 7 more years to become a doctor just seemed like too much work.

But life is short and you weren't born to just make rent until you die, working a job you hate! You need to take a step back and ask yourself if you love what you're doing, now, enough to be happy doing it for the rest of your life.

Doing what you love and are passionate to share with anyone and everyone will free you from feeling like every day is a grind and getting to the weekend is your only motivation to keep doing it. That is no way to live.

Taking risks in life is half the fun in living, even if the first time fails, it's better than wondering what if!

Living your passion is when dreams become reality, when the unknown becomes the known and when you get to spend your life freely!

Are you living your passion? Please leave your comments below ~ We would love to hear from you!
