WELCOME TO 2017
We have now officially entered into a new year, for fresh starts, new ideas and growth! The beginning of the year for a lot of people is a clean slate, leaving the past year behind and making personal promises to better themselves, starting today!
Well... we all know how that goes...we start with the gym membership and the healthier eating plan, refrain from the impulse buying and plan to do more or less of something we didn't get around to last year. And then February hits and it's back to business as usual, old habits creep back in and as the saying goes, you can't teach an old dog new tricks! Or can you?
Here we are, patting ourselves on the back for our half attempted efforts and saying we will try harder next year when we should really be making a stand for what we resolved to accomplish in the first place! It takes 21 days to break a bad habit and 10,000 hours to master a new skill so push through with your goals and make it past the finish line!
Wouldn't it feel great to wear the bathing suit you've always wanted to this summer or make the time to do the thing you've always said you'd do instead of the last 5 years of wishing for it and doing nothing to make it a reality?
Pick a real, attainable goal for this year's resolution for yourself and really put the effort you haven't before into it! I want to hear all about it! Message me in June and let me know if you actually stuck to it!
